Job Summary:
One of our clients in Saudi Arabia is looking for Senior HR Specialist, to manage the Human Resources function and develop professional, scalable HR plans, strategy, and Company structuring.
To support company in Saudi Arabia and its branches across the Gulf region, while ensuring full compliance with labor regulations and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities
● Manage the Human Resources department and ensure efficiency of policies, procedures, and operations
● Develop plans and organizational structures aligned with company objectives and Gulf expansion, including workforce planning, Saudization, and leave and contracts frameworks to ensure operations efficiency and compliance with Saudi and GCC labor regulations.
● Prepare and administer employee contracts and job structures in compliance with applicable regulations
● Develop and implement a Scalable HR Framework aligned with company expansion plans
● Oversee HR operations in the company branches across the Gulf region
● Monitor internal HR policies and procedures to ensure governance and compliance
● Coordinate with legal and advisory teams when required to maintain regulatory alignment

Requirements:
- Basic Requirements
- ● Saudi national
- ● Proven experience in Human Resources within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, preferably in startups or fast-growing companies
- ● Advanced knowledge of Saudi labor law and government platforms management (Qiwa,Misa, Mudad, GOSI, Saudi Business Center)
- ● Strong experience in preparing and managing employee contracts and job structures
- ● Advanced understanding of HR governance and compliance with labor laws and regulations
- ● Professional level English proficiency in speaking and writing
