Job Summary:
Our Client is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team, specializing in filtration and separation solutions for Food Services industry in UAE. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong sales skills to develop new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for filtration and separation solutions across Food Service Industry.
- Maintain and expand existing customer base. Target customer list to be discussed and agreed with FZC management on regular basis.
- Conduct technical and commercial presentations to customers, explaining product features and application benefits.
- Call on customer facilities and implement practical application of products and services through a thorough understanding of the customer’s processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Work with existing customers to seek new applications with existing products
- Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical and service team to ensure timely project execution and product installations to customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with technical and service team to address the customer complaints and issues with supplied products.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management for strategic planning.
- Responsible for conducting sales campaigns, field trials, and ensuring customer business reviews.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM and Reporting mechanism.
