Job Summary:
We are looking for a Liaison Officer for our client catering company in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the organization during official meetings, inspections and negotiations.
- Maintain effective relationship with government departments and other external agencies.
- Provide updates to management on regulatory changes, compliance status and pending approvals.
- Facilitate approvals, licenses, permits and renewals required for organizational operations.
- Coordinate between internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all liaison activities, submissions and communications.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, labor regulations, health & safety standards and other statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a liaison, compliance, government relations or Public Relations Officer role.
- Familiarity with regional/local regulatory framework.
- Good knowledge of government and compliance processes.
