Job Summary:
Our client, a multinational manufacturing company based in Jebel Ali Dubai is looking for an Accountant cum Admin Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Analyse general ledger accounts
- Prepare and submit timely financial reports
- Advise management and staff on financial risks and mitigation strategies
- Prepare and process invoices and payments
- Reconcile financial statements and records
- Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting
- Handle customer account inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare VAT and corporation tax reports
- Check whether deliveries are in accordance with the company policy
- Admin Support
- Renewal of visas
- Trade licence renewals
- Routine local compliance tasks
- Booking travel arrangements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounts support or sales support roles
- Bachelor’s degree and preferable Accounting certification (e.g. ACCA, CPA)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Ability to work closely with all stakeholders (e.g. TSV Holding finance department)
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and handle pressure
- Blend of financial acumen and administrative skills to support accounting and administration functions effectively
- Experience with ERP/accounting software is an advantage
- Multilingual abilities are an asset
