Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with strong Excel skills to manage financial records, reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, accurate, and proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
- Prepare journal entries, invoices, and payment vouchers
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in budgeting and financial analysis
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost control
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
