Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and service-oriented F&B Butlers/F&B Attendants to join our luxury hospitality team. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional food and beverage service in line with high-end hotel, resort, or private estate standards, ensuring an outstanding guest experience with professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality food and beverage service to guests in rooms, restaurants, or private dining settings
- Set up, serve, and clear tables or dining areas according to service standards
- Ensure accurate order taking and timely delivery of food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of service areas and equipment
- Follow hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service
- Handle guest requests professionally and efficiently
- Maintain inventory of service items and report shortages or issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in F&B service (luxury hotels, 5-star properties, or private households preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and grooming standards
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with positive and proactive attitude
- For Butler role: prior experience in private estates or luxury hospitality is an advantage
- Knowledge of fine dining or silver service is preferred
- 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, private estates, yachts, or cruise lines
- Experience with international or high-end guest service environments
