Our client is an MNC, a leader into industry solutions, and is looking to hire a Finance Manager from relevant background for their Dubai Office.
Roles & Responsibilities:
To safeguard the assets of the companies by maintaining internal controls by best practices, local regulations and corporate requirements. To manage and monitor accounting, finance, and reporting of all financial transactions according to local and corporate regulations. Prepare and monitor forecasts and budgets for the company and present them to board members.
Acting as the Finance Manager of the Middle East leading the Finance team
Preparation of strategic business plans in association with the General Managers and Sales managers, monitoring revenues/margins on a monthly level and preparing an analysis of the same.
Responsible for & Reviewing Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Financial Statements.
Reviewing all the Key Company accounts, Ledgers & Financial Statements making sure they are reconciled & consistent with internal controls.
Preparation of Actual, Forecast & Budget Reports, presentations and MIS reports for Top Management meetings.
Guides and monitors the company on compliance with internal Controls, limits of Authority, financial policies & procedures.
Liaising with Auditors on the yearly External Audit
Liaising with Treasury & Tax Manager, Local Legal Counsel, Corporate Legal Counsel and Commercial Directors of the company
Approving payment terms and managing LC, LG and other bank documents
Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification.
Multinational company experience will be highly preferred.
The ability to communicate independently with peers both inside and outside the finance function.
Excellent MS Excel skills (Preferred knowledge of SCALA and Hyperion software).
Pleasant personality, able to work under pressure to achieve deadlines with accuracy.
