Our client is a sister company in fragrance of a big group. It is a luxury home fragrance manufacturer that specializes in customizing the most premium and prestigious scented candles, reed diffusers, oil burners, room and pillow sprays for its corporate clients and events.
They are hiring a Sales Manager(Fragrance) who has experience in the corporate/ wholesale/ B2B sector of the consumer goods industry.
Meeting the monthly sales target as set by the Reporting Manager in the wholesale segment of the business by using all the provided resources.
Managing all B2B sales directly and coordinating with the stores (if available) B2B orders.
Building an effective strategy to tackle the right B2B clients and provide convincing samples to the owner/retail/marketing manager that will lead to a successful sale.
Being constantly aware of any price change(s) or new product(s) that will enter the B2B segment/offering of the firm and communicate that effectively to old and new clients.
Conducting a customer feedback review every time a shipment is sent to the end-user or reseller to assure that customers are satisfied. Weekly reports of the client’s feedback to be given to the Reporting Manager.
Working closely with the designer(s) in the company as per the instructions given by the B2B client.
Coordinating with designers via approved communication channels for B2B client requirements and placed orders.
Managing and training all Sales Executives in the retail and B2B operations, ensuring that the Sales executives meet the monthly sales targets set by the reporting Manager.
Assuring that the retail space is well organized by the Sales team and meets the standards and policies set by the company.
Assessing the sales team and make sure they are aware of any new upcoming products, offers, events and other necessary information.
Ensuring the retail store complies with the Ministry of Health & Prevention (MOHAP) regulations as per UAE Law.
Actively attending meetings of the sales staff to assure that requirements and performance skills set by the Reporting Manager are being followed.
Gathering detailed reports from the retail sales team on the buying/industry trends, customer requirements.
Managing the retail store sales staff to process all customization orders from the store’s B2C enquiries.
